If you already have an Operator on board, then your next step is evaluating and training your operator to create Operational Leverage for you.

If you don’t have one yet, then your next step is to recruit one.

Where you are in your business will determine what level of an Operator you need.

If you’re doing under $1 million, I suggest looking into hiring an Ops Manager or Rockstar Project Manager to build the infrastructure and get you organized enough to grow.

You’ll still want to be personally involved in marketing and sales to get you to $1–3 million, so having an Integrator who can replace you here is not necessary.

If you’re consistently doing above $1–3 million and you’re ready to scale to the next level, bringing on an Integrator can help free up your time and energy to focus on big-picture scaling.

The process for recruiting an Operator is similar to the one I shared in the EA section; you’re just hiring for higher-level talent with higher-stakes responsibilities.
