Quite self-explanatory, Ideal Client Profiles (ICP) are about clearly defining the demographics and psychographics of your Ideal Clients.
You want to have three levels of ICPs, from best to least desirable.
You may attract all three ICPs into your world, but you only want to be working with ICPs 1 and 2.
You can’t have a self-managing team if all your members are not clear on the differences between the ICPs.
