This next system to install will unlock the power of your hidden weapon: your Ops Council.

While your CEO OS is how you manage your time and energy, your Ops Council is your personal team of Ops ninjas helping you reclaim your time and energy.

Your Ops Council, in its most basic form, should include two key members:

• Your Executive Assistant
• Your Operator (aka Integrator, Ops leader, OBM, COO, etc.)

These two are like your right-hand and left-hand ninjas.

Not only are they responsible for building and managing the infrastructure of your company, but they’re also responsible for protecting your time and energy to keep you focused on what really matters.

In this section, I’ll talk about the purpose of each role and how to effectively work with them.

If you have these people on your team already, great! I suggest giving them this playbook so they can support you with installing the rest of the systems.

If you don’t yet, I suggest looking into hiring for these roles as soon as you can. Then have them support you with the implementation of this playbook.
