• Weekly 1:1’s with your Operator (1 hour = 52 hours per year)
• Monthly All-Hands Meeting (2 hours = 24 hours per year)
• Weekly Leadership Meeting (1 hour = 52 hours per year)
• Daily Huddles (15 minutes = 65 hours per year)

That’s a total of 209 hours of meetings per year.

Let’s add some time for ad-hoc meetings and round that up to 300 hours.
