What’s an Operator or Integrator?

An Operator here comes in many different titles and names, depending on the industry you’re in.

Sometimes they’re called integrators, OBM (online business manager), COO (chief operating officer), and so on.

The key difference I’ve noticed is the level of experience and industry. In terms of roles and responsibilities, they’re quite similar.

The main purpose of an Operator is to be the “second in command” to the visionary CEO, leading the strategic execution of the vision and goals. This includes building the infrastructure and team needed to actualize the vision.

An effective Operator allows the Visionary to stay focused on building, setting, and communicating the vision.

Imagine not needing to manage your team's day-to-day operations. Showing up to meetings because you want to and not because you have to

Imagine setting the goals and where you want to go with the business, then having the confidence that the team can handle coming up with the strategic plan and executing it.

Imagine having more time to spend with your family and personal hobbies while maintaining a clear picture of how your business is doing and where it’s headed.

That’s all possible with a rockstar Operator.
