For most companies, the baseline set of meetings needed are:

• Quarterly Planning
• Monthly All-Hands Meetings
• Weekly Leadership Meetings
• Daily Huddles or Standups
• Weekly or Bi-weekly 1:1’s between Managers and Direct Reports

Quarterly Planning

Every quarter, you should be running Quarterly Planning Meeting to set the OKRs and desired outcomes for the next quarter.

In these meetings, you’re taking the 1-Year Goals and deciding what needs to be accomplished this quarter to be on track to hit the yearly goals.
