Same Page: Weekly 1:1’s

You want to be doing weekly 1:1’s with your Operator to stay on the same page.

This is where you both align:

• Team’s priorities each week
• There are big issues that need your attention and support
• Key metrics of the company

Your Operator should be coming to these same-page meetings with a report and update to keep you well informed.

Anything your Operator can’t move forward without you, they’re bringing it to this meeting to get your support and direction.

You will know you have a rockstar Operator when these meetings are the most important on your calendar each week. They give you everything you need to know to understand how the business is doing. And you’re able to move the business forward the most with your guidance in these meetings.
